Sounds easy.

To start sharing your thoughts and opinions on the internet for the world to view.

To open the door to your life for complete strangers to judge.

On my personal health journey and through my work in the wellness industry, having access to other people’s research, experiences, and perspectives encourages me to challenge my understanding and keep learning. Reminding me that we all possess unique opinions, knowledge, and life experiences that others could genuinely benefit from.

That’s why I created Liberty Lifestyle - a community for balanced babes.

A space where we can explore wellness together through honest reviews, routines, and real-life healthy habits that fit with modern life.

I invite you to read, subscribe, and learn with me. Of course, there will always be limits to my knowledge. These are my personal opinions, shaped by my research and experiences. I hope you find value in my perspective.

Thanks for reading.
